Can you help us find a Building Lot?
Yes, Valerie and Rob are licensed Real Estate Agents. We will help you find a suitable building lot. Also, we will compare the lots you are interested in, so that you get the lowest construction costs (ie: clearing, fill, stemwall). This can save you thousands of dollars in construction costs.
Do you have homes available for immediate occupancy?

Yes, and we occasionally have homes in various stages of construction to satisfy various timelines. Please visit the

Can I have a pool?

We offer several pool packages for your consideration. The pools we offer have been designed specifically to integrate with the footprint of our floor plans.

How do I get started?
It's easy! Superior Homes takes all the anxiety out of home building. Come and meet Val and Rob and we will assist you in finding the right home for you; and then the real fun begins. Personalize your home by selecting from a wide variety of custom options to tailor the home to meet your individual needs and desires.
How does Superior warranty its homes?

The purchase of a new home is usually the single largest investment in a person's life. We provide a 1 year builder's warranty. It all begins with your new home pre-closing walk-through, followed by a 30-day walk and an 11-month walk to ensure quality.
Should I get pre-qualified?

Yes! By getting pre-qualified, we can ensure you find the perfect home that fits your personal needs and budget. The process is simple and quick. All you need is a good understanding of your current monthly income and expenses. After a quick visit or phone call with a lender, we can pre-qualify you within minutes.
When do I choose my colors and options for my new Superior Home?

All of your 'structural' options are selected at the time of writing the contract. We will set up another meeting so you can make your color selections, at which time you will have the opportunity to add additional 'non-structural' options.
How will I know the status of my new home throughout the build process?

There are several scheduled meetings throughout the process, starting with the Orientation Meeting which is held immediately after the permit is received. At this meeting we will meet and review your specific set of plans and options to ensure everything is correct.
Your next scheduled meeting is a pre-drywall walk thru. We will meet you at the home site and review items such as electrical, cable and telephone jack locations.
Superior Homes is always in communication with our clients. Superior will always answer any questions you may have. If you are out of town, we will e-mail you pictures throughout the process at each stage of completion.
